What to Include in Support Requests
To help us resolve your issue as quickly as possible, please include the following information in your support email:
- Your wallet address — the BSC address you use on OddsForge (e.g., 0x1234…abcd). This helps us look up your account and transactions.
- Description of the issue — explain what happened, what you expected to happen, and what actually happened. Be as specific as possible.
- Transaction hash (if applicable) — if your issue involves a specific transaction, include the transaction hash from BscScan. You can find this in your wallet's activity log or on BscScan.
- Screenshots — if you're seeing an error message or unexpected behavior, a screenshot is extremely helpful.
- Browser and wallet info — which browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, etc.) and which wallet (MetaMask, Trust Wallet, etc.) you're using, including version numbers if possible.
- Steps to reproduce — if the issue is repeatable, list the exact steps you took that led to the problem.
